Should Chinese Malaysian take the study seriously?

Is this the message that the Chinese in Malaysia should take heed of?
what have we been doing all these years on education in terms of strategy?
Have we been doing the right thing all these years?
Are we producing mentally healthy citizens?
I just wonder.........................
