看了这则新闻令人不安!
前马华州秘书长陈金明局绅支持马华中央领导层的决定反映出一个典型的错误思维,即是基层不能做一些事使到"领导层"不悦,如果不识时务,则将会面对'对付'或'秋后算账'等等.也许,陈局绅是选择性要误导沙巴的中代不要'反主流',但是他必须记得特大的中代是一个政党有纷争时期的'最高的权力机构'-高于会长理事会,中委会,甚至于部长;基于此,为何要看他们的'脸色'来行使中代的义务与责任呢?我们是否仍然活在中世纪时代?马华要转型就非得再下把劲纠正这些错误的政治思维才对!

这就是为什么，这位陈先生，会成为前主席。。。他的那句，一定要支持会长理事会的决定，因为他们是部长，令人汗颜。。。。不说挺不挺蔡。。。可是，他的说辞，令我觉得，马华时是非不分的。。。
You are absolutely right, I agree with you in toto. 陈金明局绅 is talking nuts, how dare he does not respect the rights and decisions of the central representatives?

He is a typical type of person living in the 50s where every subordinate has to kowtow to their superiors! Time has change, such thing has extint now! The chiefs must use charismatic and effective methods to make their subordinates follow, not just by Rules or Orders!
